To start your new service, just follow these easy instructions
- Charge your battery overnight.
- Read these instructions and have a pen ready before you call to set up service.
- To help prevent fraud, a valid Social Security or Drivers License Number will be required for activation by phone. Please have this ready when you call to activate your phone.
- If you have been a Cricket customer in the last 12 months and you are buying a new Cricket phone for your existing account, you will be charged a phone replacement/programming fee.
- Once your battery is charged. Call 1-800-CRICKET from a different phone.
Call Center Hours of Operation M-F 7 AM - 12 AM CST Sat. 8 AM - 10 PM CST Sun. 8 AM - 9 PM CST
- A Cricket representative will give you your new Cricket phone number. Please write this number in the green box on the inside of this brochure for future reference.
- Program your Cricket phone number into your Cricket phone using the instructions on the following page.

- Turn on your phone using the (POWER/END) button
- Enter ##20022002 "END"
- Select 1 [SET NAM]
- Enter Security Code 333333 ["3" six times]. You will see "Welcome to NAM programming" and will experience a slight delay
- Select 1 [DIR NUM]
- Enter your new 10-digit Cricket Phone Number [MDN]
- ( _ _ _ ) _ _ _ - _ _ _ _
Then Press "OK" to select store
- Select 2 [PHONE NUMBER]
- Enter your new 10-digit Cricket Mobile ID Number (MIN)

- Press "END"
