It’s time to text and talk all you want without holding back. Jump™ Mobile has made activation real simple – there’s no credit check, no contracts, no rules. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be talking in no time.
- Call 866-515-JUMP from a landline phone.
- Have your ESN, PIN, birthday and zip code ready.
- The ESN is under the battery of your JUMP phone as ESN, DEC, or DEC ESN.
- If you bought a Jump Mobile phone kit, your PIN is the 10-digit number on the Spanish side of the Shout Out brochure. If you didnt buy a phone kit, your PIN should be on your card or receipt.
- Your birthday and zip code are only for account verification later on if you need to change the info on your account.
- Customer service will walk you through the activation process.
- Once your activation has been completed, you will need to dial *228 from your Jump Mobile phone to complete the programming. ‡
‡ If you do not purchase and add on additional amount before the activation date of your existing minutes or funds plus a sixty (60) day grace period, your service will lapse and you will lose your Jump phone number. New activation is required to get a new number and restart services.
