How to add nationwide roaming minutes to your phone:
- Verify your phone is nationwide roaming minutes capable and that the roaming indicator is on.
- Call 1-866-515-JUMP (toll-free) to add nationwide roaming minutes to your JUMP account.
- Dial *228 then press SEND and follow the instructions to program your phone
How to make a call using nationwide roaming minutes:
- Look for the roaming indicator on your phone for nationwide roaming minutes.
- Dial AWAY (2929) then press SEND.
- Wait for the prompt then enter the phone number followed by the # key and wait for the call to connect.
- Start talking for 69¢ a minute. Calls to Alaska cost an additional .08¢ per minute.
Nationwide roaming minutes is subject to Jump and nationwide roaming minutes Terms and Conditions of Service. Nationwide roaming minutes is only available by following these instructions and only if you have sufficient funds in your Jump Mobile prepaid account. While using nationwide roaming minutes, your Jump Mobile prepaid account will be depleted at the current rate for your plan. Charges begin from the moment you depress the SEND key and access a network or for an incoming call, when you answer. Certain features will not be available when using nationwide roaming minutes. Jump does not in any way guarantee service on any network in which you are making a roaming call. 911 calls must be made directly.
